How to Get Focused ReviewAt the beginning I was really doubtful on whether this book was going to help me get focused (at least what my definition of focus was before reading this book) because I had never heard of the author before and let's face it, he doesn't have an article in Wikipedia. Anyway, I ended up buying the book mostly because I stumbled upon his webpage and some of his articles were really good. While reading the book, my habits were already changing and after finishing I feel amazing. I am doing much cooler stuff now and have a completely new outlook on what focus is and how to achieve it. The author cites interesting focus-related research and puts things as they really are. The book also has just the right amount of humor and it is very well subdivided.
