Murach's HTML5 and CSS3 ReviewMurach's HTML, XHTML, and CSS is an excellent introductory book for beginner programmers, and somewhat useful as a remedial work for intermediate ones like me.

+ Covers all of the major stuff you need for building a web-site

- Never moves to the intermediate level; I couldn't do more than just refresh basic skills (some of which were pretty rusty)
- I was hoping for more reference tables and the like--this is good for reading one time, but not for re-visiting

This book is best read by beginners. I wish I would have had it when I was starting out. Intermediate and advanced programmers ought to look elsewhere.
